Changes: 

  • Increased the visibility of the in-world VFX indicating the “Lower Security” marked zone in Netracell missions. 
    • Known issue: The zone VFX does not appear for Clients. 
  • Updated the “I Decree” Nightwave Act description to indicate that it must be completed within the same Duviri/Circuit mission. 
  • Now reads: “Collect 15 Decrees in a single Duviri session, or run of The Circuit” 

Fixes: 

  • Fixed Lethal Levitation’s damage buff not applying to Melee weapons. 
    • The description of the Way states that it should grant “additional X% Weapon Damage per Lifted enemy attacked by Operator,” but it was only buffing Primary and Secondary weapons. Since Naramon is primarily Melee focused, it only made sense to apply the bonus to Melee as well.

Netracell Changes & Fixes: 

  • Lowering the security level is now based on kills dealt by players that are within the marked zone, instead of the enemies killed within the marked zone. 
    • Players often shared the experience of squadmates killing enemies that are outside of the marked zone. As a way to address this common occurrence, kills now count as long as players are within the zone (even if the enemy dies outside of it). 
    • This change has also been applied to the “Kill Infested Close to the Cauldron to infuse it” stage of the Cambion Drift Assassination Bounty - now, players are only required to kill enemies from within the circle instead of needing enemies to be within range.

  • Fixed using Transference right as you fall into a Teleport Volume resulting in function loss (being unable to use Abilities, etc).
  • Fixed being unable to interact with Necraloid or use Transference in the Sanctum Anatomica immediately after completing The Lotus Eaters Quest. 
  • Fixed Sevagoth Prime’s Shadow having an entry in the Codex and in Player Profiles. 
  • Fixed instances of too-dark lighting in the Helminth Room of the Orbiter.
  • Fixed a map hole in the Albrecht’s Laboratories tileset. 
  • Fixed being able to access the Gear Wheel during The Lotus Eaters Quest. There’s a time and place for everything! But not now. 
  • Fixed elemental FX being applied to the entirety of the Impaktor Fist Skin, instead of just the hitting edge.

The Lotus Eaters Quest Changes & Fixes: 

  • Improved the VFX during the quick time events. 
  • Fixed being unable to progress in the Quest after spamming Transference. 
  • Fixed Warframe disappearing and player being stuck in broken state when opening the Arsenal after closing the Quest Completed screen.  
  • Fixed being able to open the Pause menu during the quick time events, which allowed players to walk away from the cutscene. 
  • Fixed Ally Highlight being visible on characters during Quest. 
  • Fixed the border of the sand spin VFX showing when FOV is set above the default. 
  • Fixed issue with character posing not transitioning smoothly when leaving cutscenes. 
  • Fixed issue with character idle poses popping at the start of cutscenes.

A strange call comes from beyond and must not go unanswered. 

Concerned with a strange disturbance in the Man in the Wall's domain, the Lotus bids you to investigate. This kicks off The Lotus Eaters, a short prologue Quest that will set the stage for Warframe: 1999 and the battles yet to come this winter. 

Quest Prerequisite 

You must complete the Whispers in the Walls Quest to begin The Lotus Eaters Quest from your Codex.

Great event! I really enjoyed just doing normal warframe alert things for this one. The new elevator game mode is neat, but if was just that I know I would have burned myself out on it, so I really appreciate having options!

Yes apologies! The team noticed this as well and is working on getting those Clan Trophies sent out :) You should see them soon hopefully!

Nope :) He's to the left of Kahl in the camp - he's just a lil dude so he may be a bit camouflaged.

The special Stalker mode was an Operation-only option through Ordis - Stalker has a pretty important other job to take care of now ;)

Hey Tenno! 

We have re-enabled the Operation and Ordis’ Store on Larunda and it will now end at 1 PM ET - so be sure to sure to visit Ordis in Larunda to turn in your Volatile Motes before then! 

At 1 PM ET, Ordis will move over to the Drifter Camp on Earth as originally planned and continue to offer his Vestigial Motes offerings. At that time you will also receive your Clan Trophies. 

Why?
The Operation was scheduled to end at 11:30 AM ET today but Ordis’ UI incorrectly showed  that the event would be live for another hour. But we want to honor our boy Ordis (because he can do no wrong!) and those of you who still needed time to turn in your Volatile Motes, so we've extended it :)

Re-posting the OP update here so that it doesn't get missed :) 

The aforementioned Azure Archon Shard alert will be available from this upcoming Weekly Reset (Occurring on July 14th, 8pm E.T.) until July 23rd at 6pm E.T.

As previously mentioned, it will be available to all players who have completed the Veilbreaker quest.

Ascension Changes & Fixes: 

  • Elevator speed boost time from Boosted Ionic Charges now stack when throwing multiple at the Extraction Capsule at once (up to a max of 50 seconds). 
    • The elevator UI has also been updated to indicate the speed boosts and duration. You can now more clearly see how Ionic Charges affect the elevator.

  • Fixed Ordis’ “Uplift” Bullet Jump distance buff in Ascension missions overriding players' Parkour upgrades instead of applying additively. 
  • Fixed being able to pick up multiple Ionic Charges in Ascension missions, effectively deleting the one that was already in your hand.

Hiya! So the percentage used is still Boreal :) Which means that if you get a Tauforged Azure Shard it will reset for Boreal.

If this is what I think it is, we have a fix coming tomorrow to address the VFX lingering and causing performance issues :)  it was caused by the VFX from Ophanim Eyes lingering and not despawning.
